Shipping Policy
YBOB LLC (“ YBOB LLC",” “WE,” “US,” OR “OUR”) SHIPS WITH USPS .
Under normal business operation shipping takes approximately 5 weeks since all of products are made to order.
Shipping charges may vary depending on the final shipping destination and are applied at checkout. Shipping charges are NONREFUNDABLE.
Weekend and holiday are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for nonbusiness day when placing your orders. You should receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

If your package is lost, stolen or misdelieved we will open an investigation with USPS. Once the investigation is complete, of your item/items is lost in transit or deliver to the wrong address will replace your item/items or issue a refund if they are not available. However, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages if and when delivery had been confirmed. If the USPS determines that the package was deliver to the correct address we are unable to issue a refund.

It is the customer responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for mis delivered packages due to an incorrect shipping address being entered by the customer, or if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. Please make sure all shipping information is correct before placing your order

Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of the product we sell, we do not offer refunds. We do not accept partial order returns or exchanges. Our products are custom handmade, we do our best to provide sufficient information, videos, photos, to ensure the highest level of confidence to our customers before they purchase
